Q: I want to enroll my child in a class. Do they need their own account?
A: No, each family only needs one account. Whoever is the primary person who will be doing the registration of family members should create the account and all other family members can be added during the account creation process, when registering for activities, or by clicking "Change Information about Family/Friends" on the Account Options screen.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: BEACH HOUSE CLASSES, COMMUNITY CLASSES, COMMUNITY AQUATICS, CREST SPORTS, AND CREST ENRICHMENT: A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Request must be made in writing to the program supervisor in person or by fax, mail, or email. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting.
CREST CHILDCARE (GRADES 4-5): Withdrawal of a child from the CREST Childcare Program requires that the Site Coordinator be notified in writing at least one month prior to the withdrawal. Fees are not prorated. Returning participants will be charged the $50.00 registration fee.
CAMPS: Refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Requests must be made in writing to the Program Supervisor in person or by fax, mail or email.
WORKSHOPS AND INDIVIDUAL CLASSES: Registration and material fees are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
BEACH HOUSE POOL, PARKING, COURT, FIELD AND CANOPY RESERVATIONS: All transactions are non-refundable.
FACILITY ROOM RENTALS: Park room rentals are subject to a processing fee and must be received two weeks prior to date of event or all payments made will be forfeited.
Q: Who do I contact to request a refund or withdraw from a camp or class?

Q: I did not receive a receipt confirmation of my purchase.
A: To check any purchase made online or at an office in the City, log in to your account and under the Account Activity heading select "List of Prior Transactions". Here you will find any and all purchases made.
Q: How to find information on Financial Assistance awarded and used for my child?
A: To review current Financial Assistance awarded and used, log in to your account and under the Account Activity heading select LIST SCHOLARSHIPS. Here you will find detailed information on the Financial Assistance awarded, used and available.
Q: My child's Financial Assistance is not recognized when I check-out and pay for activities online.
A: After adding an activity to your cart, you will next be prompted to choose a child/participant for that activity. Do not select Add Family Member/Friend, instead find the child listed under your account by clicking the drop down arrow next to the Participant heading. Financial Assistance is loaded onto the children listed on your account. If you are still unable to view/apply Financial Assistance, please contact the office in which you turned in your Financial Assistance packet for help.
Q: I can't find the activity I want to register for - what do I do?
A: There are many ways to search for activities.

You can filter results by LOCATION, ACTIVITY CATEGORY, ACTIVITY NUMBER, AGE GROUP or DAYS OF WEEK. One of the easiest ways if you know the name of the activity or instructor is to click on ADVANCED SEARCH (orange lettering in the middle of the screen)and type in the activity name, instructor, location, age category, etc. - something that narrows the search for you and press search.

If you still can't find your activity - it may not be available through online registration, but you can call the appropriate office to find out.

Q: I can't remember my user name or password, what do I do?
A: If you do not remember your log-in or your password, you can click the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the login page. You will be asked to provide the email address that you used to create your account and your username and password will be emailed to you shortly.

Q: I need to change the address/phone #/name, etc. on my account - how do I do this?
A: Contact one of our offices and request your account be updated, providing the name on the account and new contact information. Once staff verifies your account question/answer your account will be updated.

Q: Online registration is over for the activity I want to enroll in but it says registrations are still being accepted, how do I enroll?
A: Online registration for many activities closes two weeks prior to the first class meeting in order to prepare rosters, etc. If there are still spots open, you can fax, drop-off or mail-in your registration form to one of the registration offices. Q: How do I get more information on Beach House programs, classes and other BH offerings?
